Green Lanes E-Bike Tours take no responsibility for careless and reckless cycling that results in damage or injury to themselves or third parties. Whilst riding in a group or individually the tour guide, or guides will issue instruction and advice which must be observed for the safety and convenience of all riders and other users of the lanes and roads we are travelling on.
Green lanes E-Bike Tour are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the E-Bikes they provide for the tours and will attend to any mechanical failure we might be unfortunate to encounter.
All riders must wear a regulation bike helmet and at least one item of high-visibility clothing
Our bikes are battery operated and that battery will offer assistance throughout the tour as long as the rider uses sensibly as advised by their tour guide. Green Lanes E-Bike Tours take no responsibility in the event of a rider’s battery runs out of charge because the assist level has been set too high throughout the tour.

The full amount paid is refundable up to 24 hours before a tour starts, or 48 hours before a tour starts if accommodation and/or an evening meal have been included. The amount paid is not refundable after that as arrangements and bookings based on the numbers we are expecting will have been made.
We will ride in wet weather, but will cancel the tour if storms and high winds make it too dangerous to proceed. In this case we will issue a full credit for another tour or refund the amount paid. Any accommodation and/or evening meal will be subject to refund by The Bull Inn.
